BorgWarner, according to Wikipedia, is a US owned company with it HQ in
Auburn Hills, Michigan.  They are a major supplier of automobile components
and are known for their gear manufacturing.  But they have a wide range of
products including the turbochargers for VW, Renault & Porsche and "Holley"
brand carbs.  VW is their largest current customer.
