<VV> American Pickers

I DVR'd this weeks episode of American Pickers on the History channel and
just watched it last night.

 

Part of the "pick" included a stop at the remains of the Auburn, Cord,
Duesenberg company

As you may recall, Glen Pray purchased the assets of the company and built
the Cord 8/10 using Corvair components.

 

Though they did not specifically mention the Cord 8/10 being Corvair, the
Corvair drivetrain was pictured and during the opening you could see an 8/10
parked out front.

There were parts and pieces and other photos from the 8/10 construction.

 

This episode will re-run prior to next week[s regular episode and most
likely several other times for those interested.
