I didn't see a message, but I can imagine a reference to that $7000 
diagnostics subscription -

You have to get $100 seventy times just to get the subscription back, 
let alone the cost of the system it runs on, or the cost of training for 
the tech who uses it and interprets the results.

People who haven't owned a business with employees generally don't 
understand the associated costs!
Rent ain't free.
Employees cost a lot more than what they see in their paychecks.
Bookkeeping ain't free.
