<VV> engine removal / install tips

Great timing to be reading these helpful tips! My Bob Coffin built engine just sold to a father/son team in AZ. and I'll be removing and crating up the complete engine/clutch. Interestingly, they just purchased two Corvairs in Mesa and one was Coffin powered and the other not. They're now getting a match and I'm having a Merry Christmas!
