Not as many as you think...
Ignoring Matt's comments, I gather we're talking about a 140 HP engine. That being said...
It'll have better low end punch than the 150 turbo engine, either the 145 or the 164 CID flavor.
The higher compression ratio will help off the line performance, and help keep engine temps down.
It'll rev a lot better than the 150, as the engine will be breathing better.
Downside: 140s are notorious for dropping valve seats, this will accelerate the process.
I've done this in the past, it actually works pretty well!! Don't forget to use the turbo distributor.
