BTW... Those buying in SD in September should be aware that typical (maybe not this year?) weather patterns would put SD (most of) under two feet of snow by mid Oct.  Is there a time limit on this deal?

Is that the SD (100+?) cars/vans/etc?
 
The pics I saw of that bunch showed them stored on a dirt floor.  Guess what, if that is the case - they will NOT be "rust free".  Well, unless that term means - no charge for the rust.
