Harry,
Yep that's the 140 mount. I had one complete '66 AC system from a 140
Corsa years back--when I sold it at a Frederick Corvair show there was a
bidding war between five guys for the package (including the AC Corsa dash).
The only time I've had more than one person interested in a part at one time.
But the A.I.R. plus AC mount added more pieces with the A.I.R. pump below
the compressor and running directly off a double pulley on the AC
compressor--that was driven by the usual belt from the harmonic balancer. I've
seen at least two of them at comventions.

These elevated compressor mounts were used on the 140 motors to clear the
secondary carb; '65-'67.
They are highly prized today as they can be put on ANY engine; makes
service
to the plugs a joy.
Mike,
There was a special mount that elevated the AC compressor so the A.I.R.
pump could go underneath. See the picture in the 1973 parts manual. The
two
units shared a belt IIRC. I always wondered how much that elevated
compressor affected the center of roll:) I worked on two cars with the
option.
I probably liked them only a little more than the average mechanic.

I doubt it. The AIR pump sits where the compressor would have to go, also
another belt, would have to be added to the two on the pulley in the crank
shaft. besides it is not described in my '69 users manual. Mike K.
