Yes, Jason. The spring hooks through the hump in the front perimeter seal retainer. It is in the '64 Assembly manual.

Ok folks. Former Caveman dilemma. The spring for the accelerator rod on the 64; where does it attach to? On the 60 there is a notch on the carb end and a metal clip on the firewall. On this car there is no such beast. I see two "humps" on the engine gasket metal edge. Is that it? Thanks. A pic would be great.
