There was also a $100,000 bill, with Woodrow Wilson on it... series 1934, but never meant for "circulation"... there were mostly used for transfers between banks...
The Smithsonian has a nice collection of the uber-high denomination currency... beautiful stuff.

It seems I remember The Mint casino in Las Vegas had on display $1,000,000. This 
memory is from the late 60s and/or the early 70s. I think they were all in 
10,000 bills.
