With respect guys - I've got 2 customers who have "lost" Corvairs due to
electric fuel pumps.....so what? Do I think electric fuel pumps are a
"bad' idea on Corvairs? Nope, I've never said that. A catastrophic
failure can happen in many ways and many places.
My only point has ALWAYS been that the extra expense and trouble of an
electric pump is not need in a stock Corvair.
2 million miles plus in nothing but mechanical fuel pumps.
