<VV> Elec fuel pump

I've installed two electric pumps over the last twenty years, one was in my 
Ultra Van and it worka and the other was in a Sunbeam Arrow and it didn't 
work.  That's only a 50% success rate whereas my replaced mechanical pumps 
are several and all have worked OK for at least several years.
