This is a site our indoor model flying group uses to buy precisely the  
magnet needed for our planes.
They have all kinds of VERY strong magnets. I have used the junk hard drive 
 magnets for years because they are free.  Of course there are many other  
sites to buy surplus magnets from hard drives , such as All electronics.
