<VV> 65 4 speed transmission problem - looking for MORE suggestions

Guys,

I posted this on the weekend, and only received one reply.  I'm hoping somebody has seen this and has answers.



4 speed problem:  A friend and I are both having the same problem on our 65 4 speed transmissions.  Sometimes (not always) when in neutral, as the clutch is released it sounds and feels like the gears are trying to engage; and the car creeps forward.  On my car I recently added gear lube through the dipstick tube; don't know if the other car had had anything done to it.

My guess is a problem in the trans - any ideas?
