<VV> Glovebox lock question

 My '65 Monza sedan has the usual two keys- the hex shaped door and ignition and pear head trunk and glovebox.  Glovebox won't lock with the key, maybe someone changed it at one point.  Tried the "jiggle key" method to try to take it apart but I can't find a key that will do the trick.  I will probably purchase a replacement from the vendor, but would like to have the trunk key match. Does anyone on the list happen to know why the '66 and up locks are different?  Must be a different design for the trunk lock?Also, has anyone paid a locksmith to re-key a trunk lock to match the new glovebox lock?  I'm betting that will cost me a bit.  Just exploring my options to fix it.Jim
