If it were me, the first thing I would do is decide which vehicle I really wanted the most.  Then go for it.  Both problems you described are easily fixable for not that much cash. 

As for me, I'm a ragtop kinda guy myself, so i'd keep that and fix the problem.  But hey, it sounds like there is a chance to reacquire the other one, too.  Why not go for it and fix both?
