As Mr. Smitty points out, it is ALMOST impossible to get all the fluid out
of the TC. However, I have been successful at removing all the oil by:
1. Have the TC sitting on a table on its nose.
2. Using a "fluid sucker" (turkey baster) continually sucking the fluid
out of the center cavity allowing it to refill itself. It took literally all
day doing this. Ridiculous to say the least. Benefit gained=zero.
