Good point, a COPO is a fleet order car. So can a fleet be one? I guess one would need to see the build sheet to see if it's a COPO. I thought that car was a regular 500, not a COPO. Most of the things that were ordered as COPO options were available w/o a COPO order on a '69, IE the 140 and the dual M/C. Seeing how is was for high speed use, I doubt they would want a 3.89 rear.
