Again, the tinted windshield and/or tinted glass options were separate options. Neither were required with Factory Air and either could be ordered without Factory Air. Of course, you always got a tinted windshield with the full tinted glass option. 

Lonzo is correct about the engine code, assuming the engine is original, of course.  I am not certain that all factory A/C cars had the advanced timing plate - that would be another good research topic. 

Another change made to the Factory Stock A/C engine is thicker (copper) cylinder to block gaskets (to lower the CR). 

There were numerous changes in things bolted on to the engine to accommodate A/C, but none which were unique to the factory vs dealer installed. As far as the fresh air hose location, that was, I believe, a late '66 change only - another good research project!
