<VV> 140 valve seats

A couple questions more questions guys.

What is the most reasonable price available to have 140 heads protected
against dropped seats, and who/where can I have them done at that price?
 At least one Corvair guy I know has suggested that we should just drive
the car with the stock seats, this makes me very nervous.  How big a risk
is it really?
