<VV> Cutting Plexiglas-no corvair

I've got a sheet of 1/16" thick Plexiglas that I have to  make long (30")
cuts.
How do you cut this stuff without it cracking and splintering?

When new they come with paper   on each side...  use masking tape, etc...


I always cut with a fine toothed Sabre saw.


1/16".. you might use a "hot knife"
