<VV> LM door fits

 There was thread out there a while ago about if all LM coupe doors were 
interchangeable. There were some responses that said some were welded to the 
doors.

  None of my '69s have welded hinges to the doors, and none of my '66s.  Did I 
miss a final answer here? I have a small stash of LM doors and all hinges are 
bolted to the doors. Some cast some sheet metal.
