<VV> door panel help

I have somewhat of a problem.  Someone else removed the door panels from my '63 ragtop.  Unfortunately, they broke off many of the "nails" that hold the door panel in place.  How would I go about reattaching the door panels since most of the "nails" are broken off? Thoughts, ideas, suggestions, etc.
