"Can not" is a big catch all. The 5" wide stock FC wheel has the same bolt  
pattern as the late model Corvair,  5 bolt on 4.75". So, depending on  
other factors, like steering arm and trailing arm clearance, they should bolt  
on. There are, however a few reasons why you "should not" use the FC wheels.  
They are narrower than stock wheels, as Bryan mentioned. They might accept 
the  14" wheel covers you have, they might not. Check before installation. 
As a  matter of fact, do a trial install - front and rear - of the bare 
wheel, to  check clearances.  - Seth
