It turned out my biggest water leak into front  floor was from the  doors, 
if
you do not have the stock paper or some  plastic stuck to the  inside of the
door behind the upholstery panel  the water runs down the  inside of door,
into the openings and runs  into the car between the door  and upholstery
panel.

You cannot  see this happening


I ran  across these instructions in the  1960 shop manual, wish I had seen
them  earlier.
