<VV> Rivets interfering with wheels

Just take a grinder and grind off the rivet heads on your 1960-64 front
hubs.  Knock out the rivets and now your wheels will fit properly and you
can remove the drums like a any other car without removing the hubs.
By the way, this isn't as easy as it sounds.  I had to remove the hubs and
grind the backside heads off to remove them.
