Frank,

I'll relate my experiences with using Nissan 280ZX wheels on my '63. I
don't know the backspacing on these stock alloy wheels, but they are
14 X 7. I bought mag-type lugnuts and did not change the studs on my
car. The lugnuts I bought can be purchased forom Gorilla Automotive
(http://www.gorilla-auto.com/lug-nuts). The tires I bought are
195/70-14 and fit fine on the rear, but required rolling the fender
lip on the front. Bear in mind I have cut out one coil from each front
spring so you may not have to do the lip rolling.

Strangely I tried installing thes wheel/tires on my '64 'vert and the
rear rubbed, so I didn't even try the front.
