<VV> Trying to Contact Frank Dotson

I have been trying to contact Frank Dotson of Modesto, CA on the phone for the past week on CORSA business.  Have reached his answering machine and left a couple of messages, but have gotten no response.  Anyone know of a better way to contact him (e-mail?)  Is he on an extended vacation.  Any help in contacting Frank would be appreciated.
