<VV> Parts Hoarding Solution

For years I would fill up my trailer and El Camino with some of my surplus Corvair parts and cart them off to the Detroit Area Corvair Club HOMECOMING. After spreading them out on the parking lot I would go off to tend to my Hospitality room responsibilities leaving only a sign to tend to the swap space. "Take what you want first, then see me in the Hospitality room to pay ... Take the parts FIRST!" About two or three years ago my inventory of parts I would probably never have needed was completely depleted; distributed to those that had a need.
The last time I did this there was half a load left at the close of the HOMECOMING so I made contact with one of our regular vendors known for his supply of lots of miscellaneous items. 'How much would you want for all of it?' he asked. 'Nuthin' said I; 'just pick it all up and take it away.' Gone!
