<VV> lug nut torque

'65 Chassis Shop Manual says 45-65 ft. lbs. page 10-5.  And I just  noticed 
that the '68 Owner's Manual no longer recommended rotating tires--just  
replace them two at a time with the new tires starting at the front.  I  don't 
have a '67 manual, but everything '66 and older said to rotate tires just  
like any Chevy.
