Oh yeah. Leaves and straw under the top cover are a issue that should be
dealt with ASAP! They'll block the cooling air from doing it's job and
possibly cause permanent damage to the engine.

The car is a listed as a spyder on the bill of sale. As I have found out,
(I think) the spyder only came with a turbo engine. So either the engine
has been changed, or the car ain't a spyder. However, the dipstick is
missing, along with the tube. I've tried to look down through the fan
shroud, but could only see leaves and straw..... was the dipstick always
mounted in the fan shroud on these engines? There is another tube (looks
like its been modified) below the distributer. I also have to mount an
alternator on the engine. Someone had tried previously....
Is there a way to do a search on the list?
