Thanks for the link Jim, but I don't see the 10 CORSA members in order to keep a chapter status. 

Nor do I see how this helps CORSA & Corvairs.

I sugest you read up on the chapter plan rather than asking this group.   
If you don't understand the CORSA Chapter Plan ask Harry Jensen the 
CORSA Executive Secretary.  To help you read you will find the 
applicable passages under the Chapter Plan secton IV which list the 
items necessary to maintain a chapter as an active chapter.
