Infant mortality of rebuilt alternator?
You need a voltmeter you can trust to read the battery voltage. See what
the voltage across the batter terminals is 1. engine off, 2. engine
running at idle, 3. engine running at 1500 rpm or so.
Make sure terminals in plug that goes into voltage regulator are clean.
Did you test "circuit breaker" with an ohmeter before discarding? Where
in the circuit is this breaker?
