<VV> Stock Steel 14 Inch Wheels

Hi All!
 
I have decided to convert my Vair to 14" steel wheels since correct 13"
tires are so hard to find. 
I want to be able to mount stock 14" wire wheel covers on them. What is the
best way to go? 
Will Corvair van wheels fits properly? Are they the correct offset? Are
there new reproduction 
steel wheels available?
