Come on guys ... Tire pressure is not all that critical! Plus or minus 5 PSI is close enough for street use, just try to keep pressures more or less equal from side to side + or - a couple of PSI. This is good enough for bias tires and radials are even less fussy. Any pencil type gauge will do the job cheaply and you can spend the money saved on needed repair parts.
Now, if you are NASCAR racing and adjusting the spring rate of the tires you will be wanting to adjust tire pressure in 1/2 PSI increments. If you are driving like that on the street, tire pressure is NOT your problem.
