 Spindles, no. The only difference in an assembled wheel bearing unit is the backing plate, but drilling the second hole for the parking brake cable makes them ambidextrous!

Is there any differences between the right and left rear wheel spindle assy for 
a late model.  Someone just called me to ask and I can't remember and traveling
