Sorry, should have identified that it is a 64 Convertible, and that it isn't the little 'C' spring that holds the handle on.

Are you talking about the C shaped spring clip that holds the handle in place? If so, it should be easy to find a replacement for that.

Hi all, I just found the end of what is obviously a bit of spring on the floor by my drivers door, and now my door handle doesn't return to centre. Still works, but is just a kind of 'limp' movement.
Is this a known problem, and can it be fixed easily enough?
