As several have pointed out, the build date of '69 #3 should be the fourth
week 
of August, 1968, not 1969.  
 
Sorry about the confusion. (Senior moment!)
 
Also, I have been informed that it is sitting in a garage in Houston, Texas
right
next to an Olympic Gold '69 Monza coupe VIN # 105679W706000!
