Just trying to help a lady out. I really don't want to act as her broker.
But as the title says, it's a 65 LM, 4-dr. Originally a Regal Red/Red
interior, 95/PG, factory air with a simulated, wood grain telescopic wheel.
If you are the least bit interested, read on. The car is currently in
Lexington, KY.

The Good:
.	The car is not a rust bucket. There was damage to the passenger
front door and it will eventually need to be redone. The car was originally
red with red interior. When the PO had the door fixed he decided to paint
it white so that it would be cooler. There is evidence of prior rust repair
around the windshield but it has not rotted through at any point. There is
rust in the dog legs front and rear, but floor boards are solid. There was
something done to the floor of the trunk, but not sure why. The car is a
good twenty footer. The trim (bright metal is in pretty good shape, but
bumpers are pitted. Apparently the car was owned by Georgetown College
(Georgetown, KY) until about 16 years ago.
.	The car originally had a remote mirror on driver's door. The knob
and cable are still there but the mirror appears to have been replaced.
.	The car has the wood grain "telescopic" steering wheel. Yes, the
telescopic feature works. First time I have ever seen one in person.
.	The interior (seat covers) are mint. The door panels and dash are
original but still intact. No tears or blisters.
.	The carpet is very presentable.
.	There are many used and new parts included with the car, including a
few alternators, two '65' 140 HP heads that appear to have not been abused,
at least 4 complete carburetors, carb kits, Viton O-rings, seals, etc. Three
medium size boxes, too many parts to name.

The not-so-good:
.	The tires are like new, but have been on the car 16 years so should
not be used for highway driving. Might be suitable for driving around town,
parades, etc. They hold air.
.	The car was driven once a month up until about 4 years ago. Owner
died several years ago. Car went to nephew who kept it up until about 4
years ago and then lost interest.
.	The engine turns over freely but will need some attention before
running.
.	The fuel tank smells and should be cleaned and flushed prior to
using.

The bad:
.	Someone, very likely Georgetown College removed most of the original
A/C installation. The previous owner had accumulated most of the necessary
items to replace the A/C but died before he could get to it. I couldn't
find the compressor or the bracket. Speaking from personal experience, I
wouldn't want the A-6 compressor anyway, unless going for the stock look.
These parts might in fact be buried in some of the boxes, but I didn't see
them. (The original fan/heat controls are still installed as is the
original fan motor resistor.)

The car would need a fair amount of work to get the A/C up to snuff. The
odometer shows 99,272 miles. The engine is a year correct 95 HP so I
believe it is most likely the original. A re-ring and re-seal might be all
it needs. Car has the powerglide transmission. I could not tell anything
about the brakes as the car isn't moving.

I took a few pictures and would be happy to email them to anyone off-list if
interested.
