Left dry for such a long time? Remove the plugs CAREFULLY (squirt Liquid Wrench or P.B Blaster where the threads are to get the plugs out without damaging the heads), fill the crankcase with clean oil abd change the filter, squirt Marvel Mystery or Automatic Tranny oil into the cylinders and let them sit for a few days. Then I'd turn the engine over with either a wrench on the crank bolt, or by hand. NOT with the starter until you've verfied that it turns without a problem.
Don't force a dry engine to turn or you could break the piston rings or damage the cylinders. Good Luck...Bill Hershkowitz 66 Monza Sport Sedan 110 PG A/C
