<VV> Late top drive cable

If you are lucky and have a speedo shop in the vicinity, you can take the
drive cable out and they can replicate it for you.  Otherwise, try to get
the inner drive cable out and clean and lube like crazy.

One of my late top drive to cables is "seized"? I went to put the top down
and one side was ahead of the other, and I realized OHOH, this ain't right.
I took it out and the cable won't turn witin the green cover.
Suggestions, please.
