Joel,

Today's radials can be swapped side to side without a problem.  The only 
ones you cannot swap that way are marked for which side of the car they are 
to be mounted.  Typically, those are "rain" tires which have a tread pattern 
from the center which goes diagonally to each side of the tire for water 
dispersal.

IIRC, it was the glass belted tires which would slip the belt if run 
"backward" from the way they started their road life.

If you can't find anything wrong swap tires left to right to test but don't 
leave them there since it isn't a good idea to reverse the direction of 
radials.
