<VV> Modified Corvair starter Request

Hello - A gent sent me this note "I need to find/build a corvair starter using a 
smaller than standard GM starter armature, it needs to be a Corvair cone on a 
mini starter unit. Do you have or can build same?"  Anyone have extra time to 
build one or have something that may meet his needs.  If you want more info - 
send me a note and I'll put you in touch with him - he's located in the Land of 
Lincoln.
