<VV> PG woes final

It doesn't work. don't know why. All hooked up properly and full of ATF. Even 
the torque converter pumped full. Plan B is to replace it with a known PG that 
only does not like to shift quickly into REV. It has been like that for decades, 
so I wont worry.

 Thanks for all the advice. Engine ready to drop out tomorrow, just engine 
mounts to be taken off. Only took about 45 min to disconnect everything else. 
Air wrench sure pays off here..
