1967 doors use a stamped metal hinge and have different shape at the hinge

area. Coupe/convertible and 4-door doors are unique to this year. 1967
coupe and convertible doors still interchange with each other.

1968-69 doors use a 3rd design hinge and mounting arrangement. These [both
coupe & convertible] all interchange, but not with any other year.

After another race car disagreed with my particular position in turn 11 at
Sears point, My 66 stinger YS003 needed another right hand door. I had a
later model 67-68-69 -I don't remember which year - right hand door. I
semi-matched up the hinges, drilling one additional hole to mount it. It ended up
with no hold-open mechanism - I would not recommend it for a street car.
But this was a race car and this was 1978 or so. I am quite sure the door
was replaced in the restoration with a correct 65-66 door. But I was able to
bolt it on, in a pinch!
