Ok, so let's try it out. Say you're on a hill at a stop sign, and want to pull away:
- Left foot on brake.
- Right foot on clutch?
- I need to release the brake and clutch while easing in to the throttle. Heel and toe?
I think that might work, but it's kind of tricky since I have to balance the clutch and throttle with one foot.
Let's try the other way:
- Left foot on brake.
- Right foot on gas.
- Release brake, depress clutch with left foot, shifter into first, come up on clutch.
I think I just rolled backwards into the car behind me :-(
