<VV> wheel colo/Bell System Colors

I worked for about a year for the DC Bell System--C&P--and coordinated  
jobs with the "plant" department several times a week.  The local  maintenance 
supervisor explained to me when I asked about some new trucks and  cars that 
had just arrived that Bell had their own color specification (this was  in 
the late '60s) and that the paint was applied by the vehicle manufacturer 
for  the Bell fleet purchases.  The army olive drab--in all its glorious  
variations--was a different color based on my Army experience.
