As I approach 72, I've found a few "inspiring" things about getting
older.

-- I ain't dead yet.

-- Our two kids have turned out much, much better than anyone would have
predicted when they were teenagers.

-- The kids, grandkids, and great grandkids don't live at our house and
go home after a visit.

-- We don't have to consider kid-carrying ability when we buy a car (I
still miss the '63 Chevy II convertible we sold when the second kid came
along).

-- The appeal of a "roadtrip" on blue highways hasn't diminished.

-- The number of good looking girls continues to increase.

-- After 50 years, I'm still married to my first wife.
