<VV> PG neutral safety switch

The neutral safety switch is in series with the starter motor/ignition 
switch. So, if the car is not in neutral, no electrons flow through the 
neutral safety switch and the starter will not engage.

Those purple (?) wires need to be connected together to start the car 
without the dash.
