<VV> flickering lights

You've got one of the three diodes out.  This is American stuff, not Lucas.
It's designed not to flicker.

Sorry about that but my Rampside has an alternator and the lights flicker 
quite strongly so it doesn't make any difference what it's previous 
generator did.
