i have a 64 greenbrier here that is about that bad...and only half  that 
price. i think the 3 seats are a touch better in mine.
just got a look under it...forward motor mounts fell out of the  
crossmember...rusted out. transmission is a ball of white corrosion. i hope to  save 
the 53,000 mile guts from it somehow. I will be posting a lot of pictures  
soon on my latest adventure.
right now , all that holds the motor in is the axles.
